We're seeking dedicated parents/guardians to join our PTA Executive Board for the upcoming school year.

Why Join the PTA Board?

Make a Difference: Play an active role in shaping your child's educational experience.

Support School Programs: Help organize and fundraise for exciting school events and initiatives.

Connect with the Community: Build relationships with other parents and strengthen our school's network.

President: Leads the PTA, presides over meetings, sets goals, and oversees all activities

Vice President: Supports the President, assumes duties in their absence, and often oversees programs or committees.

Secretary: Maintains records, takes meeting minutes, handles correspondence, and ensures effective communication.

Treasurer: Manages finances, keeps accurate records, prepares budgets, and ensures taxes and reports required by PTA bylaws and insurance are completed and submitted by due dates.

Historian: Documents the PTA's activities and achievements through photos, records, and reports.  Collects volunteer hours for PTA meetings and events for Annual Historian Report.

Financial Reviewer: Reviews the PTA's financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Parliamentarian: Advises the PTA on rules of order and parliamentary procedure during meetings.

Room Parent Coordinator: Works with teachers to recruit and coordinate room parents for each classroom.

Membership Chair: Recruits new members, maintains membership records, and welcomes new families to the school community.

Communications Chair: Manages communication channels, including newsletters, websites, and social media.

Advocacy Chair: Represents the PTA's interests in matters related to education and school policies.

Arts Education Chair:  Coordinate and execute Arts related programs throughout the school year, including Meet the Masters and Art Recess.  Coordinate & Promote the National PTA Reflections program.Description goes here
